The Center for Applied Animal Behavior, doing business as Dunbar Academy maintains this website for the use of its customers, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Dunbar Academy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
Use of Site
Dunbar Academy provides various materials, information, videos, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this site (the “Materials”). Dunbar Academy authorizes each User to view and download the material for personal use within a single household. Materials may be shared only with other members of the User's household. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity outside of their household. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
Copyright
The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically every month until the User cancels the subscription. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the User's Account > Billing page, or the User can submit a formal request via email ([email protected]), stating the name of the subscription the User is canceling and the email address associated with the User account. Email cancellations must be submitted at least 2 business days before the subscription renewal date. It is the User's responsibility to verify that a subscription has been cancelled successfully. The User can confirm a cancellation by receiving an email from Dunbar Academy or by looking at their Account > Billing page, as this page lists all active subscriptions.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase on Dunbar Academy and you contact us via email ([email protected]) within 30 days of your purchase we will offer you a full refund.
